Q. What is your return policy?

A. At The Seasoned Kitchen, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we love to help you find the perfect item for your needs.  We will gladly refund or exchange your new, unused items within 15 days of purchase with original packaging.  All refunds and exchanges must have the original sales receipt. If you are on our client list we keep a copy for you!  We believe in products that last. The Seasoned Kitchen will exchange any defective item within one year of purchase. Many of our brands carry warranties on their products from 5 years to lifetime. For members of our client list we will keep a record of the purchase date on file.  When possible we will process the warranty claim for you, but please be aware that some brands require that they handle claims with the customer directly.  



Q. I am looking for something really specific. Are you able to order it in for me?

A. We understand the specific and individual needs of your kitchen.  If you are looking for a specific item please ask us, we will do our best to bring it in for you or help you locate it.
